Shaki Tour

By choosing this tour, you will visit four regions of Azerbaijan in one day. History, nature, and culture—all are included in the tour program. First, we visit the oldest mosque in modern Azerbaijan, the Juma Mosque in Shamakhi. The second region we will visit is Ismayilli, where we will cross a suspension bridge built between two mountains. It is one of the ways to reach the village of Zarnava. Next, we will go for lunch by the highest mountain lake in our country, Lake Nohur. We will stop at one of the restaurants where you can try dishes of Azerbaijani national cuisine. Finally, we will head to Sheki, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. Here we will visit Albanian churches, the only ones remaining from the Caucasian Albania period. The Palace of Sheki Khans is a cultural gem where you can see the magnificent stained-glass windows that made this palace famous. Lastly, we will visit the caravanserai, which was once a part of the Great Silk Road.
